Episode 3: True Wing! :D

7 days of waiting and it's finally here! I always get excited over a new episode! :D Another update about Uta Pri! Six cream puffs later and I'm good to go! So drum roll please~~~ o>w<o

Episode 3 is all about Syo :D In Season 1, he was starred in Hyuga-sensei's movie/series Prince of Fighting as...one of the characters' little sister...lllOTL the hell.....Poor Syo...=w=lll

Ohoho~ isn't he pretty~? XD

But NOW! The tide turned! This time, Syo has another the chance to prove himself to his favourite idol, Hyuga-sensei by acting out his role unmistakably as a MAN in Prince of Fighting: Two Hour Special. Honestly, I love how chibi Otoya, Natsuki and Syo look in this episode. There seemed to be more chibi-ness in this season than the previous one. Well, I love it! XD They're so cute~<3

Now that STARISH has become a professional group of idols, each member has more jobs offered to him, like Tokiya working in commercials and dramas, and Ren modelling for a magazine (no surprise there, what with his sexy good looks XD). Cecil has a lot to learn in becoming an idol. According to Syo, not only does an idol sing in his profession, he also has to take up a variety of work, using this opportunity to show off his talents. Which is true. Check out EXO, and what about JYJ? ((K-pop reference :P

Apparently, STARISH still has a long way to go. Shining Saotome tells them about the Uta Prince Award, a rare title for outstanding rookies. In order for them to win this title, they have to do more than just selling more CDs. Their senpais tell them that they have to win the Uta Pri Committee's attention with their performance, not only on singing, but also on other work.Yes, Camus, we know how much you sparkle like your glowing staff thingie =.=lll Oh well! Gambatte ne, STARISH! :)))

Moving on to Syo's time on the big screen! The set does look pretty impressive, quite a massive castle! On the day of the filming, Syo finds Hyuga-sensei, telling him about how much he admired him in the show and how he looked forward to working alongside with him. But Hyuga-sensei just looks at him coldly, saying that Syo shouldn't be behaving like an amateur, as he is a professional now, and is considered as his rival in this field.

Syo looks kinda shocked, but he has a role to play, and so the filming begins. He excels in the fighting scenes, showing off his well-trained karate skills and all. Explosions are added to give the scene a kick. Then comes the scene, where Syo's character has to jump over a rather huge gap to the other side of the bridge. The bridge that barely connects the twin towers was very high up, and I don't know how Syo gets over his fear of heights. It was Otoya who was scared of heights in the game, though o.O Weird.

At first, the director has planned to use a stuntman for this scene, but Syo recalls what Hyuga-sensei have told him. He then decides to take up the part and make the leap of faith himself, wanting to prove his worth. Multiple times he tries, and multiple times he fails. No matter how much he force himself to jump over, his black-painted nails just can't seem to touch the other side, and he's left dangling on the bungee cord after countless attempts. It all seems hopeless, but Hyuga-sensei tells the director to give him one more chance on this, and so the filming shall continue the next day.

Determined, Syo spent the night training in the gym, his friends watching with worry. As Syo's childhood friend, Natsuki feels obligated to help him out, so he signs up to be an extra in the shoot, bringing Cecil along. Kawaii ne, Natsuki! ^^

Syo continues to train himself, but still his efforts are not enough to surpass the test. It is until nighttime that Syo realizes that he forgot to bring a change of clothes. Luckily Nanami comes and brings it to him! I feel that Nanami seems more useful in this episode. At least she isn't just standing on the sidelines doing nothing! But it is careless of her to run over to Syo's side and almost fall from the bridge just because she left the bag over the edge and accidentally make it fall while trying to retrieve it. She could've climb up to the opposite twin tower though. Wouldn't that be easier to reach Syo? =w=lll The cuteness of scared Nanami is just to moe to resist! XD If she hasn't fall from the bridge, I don't think Syo would've make the jump! He finally succeeded! Just to save the one he loves! <3 :D There's that manly moment where he hugs her tight, not letting her go, after he gets her out of harm's way. Awww~<3

And so, with the song True Wing written by Nanami in his heart, he finally accomplishes in his jumps and smoothly acts out the rest of the fighting scenes. Even Hyuga-sensei apologizes for his cold shoulder from before :) It's all thanks to Nanami, and my dislike for her lessens. If she could show more than that in the upcoming episodes, I'll definitely root for her ^^ The ending then features Syo thanking her, expressing what he learned today, and even has the idea of recruiting new members for his fanclub! Starting with Nanami, by placing his hat on her head as a certificate for her membership :DDD

I quite like this episode. It's lighthearted and I admire Syo's determination and upfront attitude XD He's so full of fire, so active to show what a man ought to be like. Thumbs up for the *cough*little*cough* guy!

Another late night for me. =w=lll Will be expecting panda eyes tomorrow in school, lol. Nights, everyone! :) And thanks for reading! ^^ Arigatou gozaimashita! <3
